This is where pre-scheduling tuning for concerts comes in real handy. I get
a list of all the concerts before school starts, and I book the concert venues
for at least a half an hour anywhere from an hour to two hours before the
performance. Unless a professor takes that time away from me, which they rarely
do, that time is there for me to do my thing. I don't know if this is
something you're able to do at Luther, but it might be worth a try. Of course there
are always last minute recitals and concerts, but I do the best I can. But
certainly nothing before 8 in the morning.
