Summer is when it's fun. No air on during the week, so an unventilated room with sun shining in can get up to as high as 115 - 120 by around 5:30 in the afternoon. With summertime overnight lows in the mid 70's, it cools down overnight of course. Then, somebody comes in around 5:30 or 6:00 Sunday morning and they have it at 70 degrees by 11:00.
