Best, Greg Newell Actually, Greg, although I didn't have "a budget", the first two years I was given $10,000 to spend. Last year I got $20,000. I just haven't been able to get anything this year, but then I haven't specifically asked. No, I never had a set budget. But the piano faculty does want the new chair to allocate some money. I might get some this summer. But then, if I don't, it's not the end of the world. I figure when enough students and the piano faculty complain loud and long enough about the poor condition of the pianos, the chair, who is very supportive of me, will give some money. And last, I'm not complaining too much because if they gave me money to but parts, then I'll have to put them on the pianos.
