[CAUT] Capstan Repositioning

If you don't want to wait overnight for the epoxy to cure, while
you're swabbing
up the tacky residue, to drill your new capstan holes there is another method.

Get a 1/4" x 1" Irwin Plug Cutter (available at most hardware stores).
Cut plugs from old keys. Scribe a line on the top (before drilling)
to index the 'bottom'
of the plug.

Drill out the old capstan hole to 1/4" and insert the plugs. A tubing
sleeve may be needed
if the plugs are flexible to press them in. Swab the hole and plug
with an appropriate amount
PVC-E glue, anything harder will cause the drill bit to drift...% like epoxy %?

By the time you're done, you can start from the beginning to drill
new capstan locations.

4 to 6 hours total time, from removing to capstan re-installation,
instead of two days.
(Not counting plug-cutting time which is done during odd time periods).
