Thanks Don, That's probably safer than "white-out". It's also good to see Kawai recognizing us with older eyes... (White on jack) By the way, Friday I prepped a new RX2 and a UST7 for a church and was amazed at what Kawai is now paying for that. I guess I shouldn't post it on line, but it certainly makes it WAY good for the tech. especially considering how little there really is that the tech needs to do! (They come in VERY good shape, spec wise.) You can send me any of those jobs for sure. Other CAUTs should know about this. (Jack alignment) Jim, For the new carbon actions, there is white paint on the back edge of the jacks. For older ones, you could apply some in the same manner, yes. Testors white enamel and a fine brush works. (Jack alignment) List, Don... Help! Do any of you have a trick for seeing the new Kawai parts, namely for doing the jack to knuckle alignment? I truly can't see the black parts/plane of the jack. (My eyes are bad, but this is way worse for me) I've got some good lights and such, but it's still difficult. I've been tempted to paint white-out on the backs of the jacks... Love the parts, but these old eyes don't get it done anymore. Any tricks out there? Am I the only one experiencing this?
