I began working out, concentrating on arm, chest, and back muscles earlier this year and within 3 weeks, all my shoulder pain went away and old uprights were a breeze to tune. No back aches from them. ? I've been too busy the last two months to get to the gym, and guess what...the shoulder pain is returning.?? ? In my case, working out seemed to have helped.??
