[CAUT] tuning pins on a Samick

I've taken to spraying the underside of the pin block with 
accelerator after I've dosed the block. I haven't had any drips, but 
I found that before I began doing this drips were extremely rare so I 
can't be sure whether the accelerator helps, or I just haven't come 
across one that has the potential for dripping.
