[CAUT] not technical, question about old PT Journals

I probably lost that '89 issue when I moved to Maine that year.  Rats! 
 
I know about the CD, but I'm not planning on getting rid of the hard copies, and I think having them bound in hardcover is classy.  Maybe I can print  a copy from the CD for Feb. of 89.
