[CAUT] RE : Fun morning

Hi Aaron,

It's smaller and a little lighter. I don't have the carbon fiber one, but I did modify one of my aluminum tip. I got a 24.5mm aluminum tubing (bicycle seat post) and glued it inside the tip. I then used the rubber ball that Pianoforte Supply sell at the other end. I didn't feel any bending and I can see more specially with uprights. So, I ended up with 2 tuning levers.

If some of you want, I guess I could post a picture of my contraption.

I have the aluminum tube and love it. What are the advantages of the carbon fiber tube over the aluminum?

Paul,

The aluminum tube hammer is no longer available. However, I highly recommend the new version which features a carbon fiber tube. If anyone is interested in the old version, I just happen to have one...

I’ve had kind of a fun morning tuning 4 concert grands 2 Steinway Ds,

> 1 Yamaha CFIIIS and a Nossaman D+. Making it even more fun was my new

head, tip and custom made 4” extension for my Fujan tuning lever. Now I can get the same wonderful rigid feel even in the top section!

You can tell my phone was not made by Nikon!
