Hi Jim,
I've been a fan of these things for some time. I haven't had a 
lot of need, but the idea and implementation is first rate. 
Now, if we could get these folks to make 36 tpi inserts that 
could be used with an appropriate tap for bringing odd size 
original agraffe studs back into standard supply house range, 
more piano techs would suddenly become fans.
