Hi David,
Here is the language you are looking for:

That's the shorthand in the "official charges." Then there 
was the face to face meeting between various board members 
and the members of the caut committee. The details came in 
that meeting. Since you obviously don't trust my word, 
kindly call your RVP, Bill Shull, to verify. He was there, 
and can correct me if anything I have conveyed was false 
or misleading.

BTW, I am merely a foot soldier on the caut committee at 
this point, as Eric Wolfley has taken over as chair.
