Paul This won't help for tomorrow morning, but when I was at UA, there was a schedule of all the performance halls and classrooms, on-line,??The faculty and staff, including me, had access to that schedule. All performances and classes were listed on this schedule. I would go through it once a month looking for performances. I would then reserve that hall or classroom a day or two, or even an hour or two, ahead of time to tune the piano. If there was?a performance ?where I wasn't sure if a piano was needed,?I would contact the person responsible for that program, and find out if I was needed. In other words,?I took the pro-active approach. Very seldom did I have any last minute requests.
