I am interested in the current discussion about the vertical hitches, and termination bars in Baldwins.? I don't really know anything about the termination bars, or how they work.? Colby College has one SD-10, and I assume those things that look like upside down sleds are the termination bars (?)?

I've never seen anything that explains what they do or how they do it.? I have noticed that they are not all set the same, so I figure there is some adjustment made with them as the piano is strung.?

Would someone on this list be able to explain this system or direct me to information about it?? Thanks
