Del, Ron, Since the piano is against the wall I can't check deflection/felt right now. I'll find out and send pictures, maybe Thursday. Unisons go out mainly from C3 to C6. It does seem to me like a rendering problem, with the areas played the most go out of tune the most. When I restrung it the last time I addressed the friction points with special care. (Buffing the V bar and other points to glass slick) Thanks for the help. This drives me nuts. Jim Busby
