Denis, Barring moth or water damage they should be fine. I had some old ones that were better than some of the new ones. Won't Kawai give you some kind of warrantee? Good luck. Kawai has the original hammer for that piano in stock! My question is, would these hammers sound good after sitting on the shelf for twenty years? Kind of scares me a little, like for example, I would not buy a twenty year old tire that's never been driven on! I'm interested in a few opinions about the potential deterioration of unused hammers that are old. Thanks Denis Ikeler -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
