[CAUT] U. of Northern Iowa position

Okoboji is my home town area and I was raised in Spencer, just a few miles
to the south.  There is a surprising amount of money there these days, but
generally I always considered it somewhat of a cultural desert.  That may
not be complete fair, since I was blessed with some great teachers, but
that's how I remember it.  Anyway, Cedar Falls/Waterloo is a decent area to
live but you would be much closer to the active academic community in Iowa
City.  Not far from Decorah either, home of Luther College.
