I have tuned 4 today at school. A freshly restrung, not stretched out Bechstein- about 22 cents flat. A Yamaha U1D 28 cents sharp hammer shanks standing about 1/4" off the rail. A Seiler upright 32 Cents sharp. And last, the grand champion, coming in at 47 cents sharp AND all manner of mold inside, a Steinway M. See the attachment. This is the Ohio Valley in summer.
