Check the action spread and relation of the knuckle core to the jack center.
You may want to shim the wippen flange to make the spread 112.75 mm (4.439")
as Rick Baldassin has recommended. But be careful not to reduce too much the
jack escapement 'window' by consequently moving the stop felt closer 
to the knuckle.
