Hi- I don't have a regular time either, but do my best to reserve and get in the space sometime on the day of an event if it's a weekday and usually Friday mornings to prep for the weekends. Faculty/guest piano solo events I'll come in that day on the weekend. I suggested a regular time every week which would be simpler but that didn't seem to go over well and as far as I can tell generally the system does work, with occasional problems. I used to get a lot more stressed about those problems, but have mellowed some with age. Last month there was a last minute added guest recital using piano that complete passed my radar and no one said anything to me. I felt bad cause the piano definitely could have been better, but all turned out fine and no one bothered about it. Our hall is busy but perhaps not as busy as some others, and that will determine the amount of daily flexibility you can be allowed. best, Dennis Johnson St. Olaf -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
