     I should have read all messages before writing my last one!

     One final thought: The RPT list doesn't have to be printed in it's
     entirety for downloading, etc. It should be available through a
     search, finding them by Zip code proximity and/or Area code. Potential
     "nuisance callers" would have to search for the RPTs in the area they
     are in, and there isn't much reason for them to search in other areas,
     then pay toll calls to pester them.
