Service scheduling software?

I used to use Calendar Creater Plus (for Dos & Windows) . Lotus Organizer
also has a scheduling function. I believe that PC Tools also has something
in its Desktop. I used to print my day planner pages from Calendar Creater
Plus, but finally decided it wasn't worth the time it took. I use a
Week-at-a Glance scheduling book so I can easily tell where I will be and
where there are openings.
