To clarify what I earlier wrote about Franz Mohr's statement concerning
recognizing the difference between A-440 and A-438.  I don't think he was
suggesting that no person could recognize the difference when hearing them
adjacent to each other.  He probably meant that when hearing one alone no
person could dogmatically and accurately and consistently say "That is
A-438."
