No direct experience with Estonia, but, having lived in Bulgaria for nearly 3 1/2 years from 1991-94 I had lots of experience with Belarus, Cherny,Sura and other Soviet instruments of the same ilk. Cotton-candy-like felts, pin blocks that feel like styrofoam. The list goes on. I would NOT recommend this. Lauren Brody RPT
