Bob, Your request for help should get you the list of members you want, or at least a printout of all the listserve commands. Are you sure you are addressing your request properly? You should send to: listserve@byu.edu leave the subject area blank (some protocols demand that every box be used-you'll get a prompt- if so just put in a period(.) then, type help in the body of your message(just the word*help*) That should get it done.
