Brian,

I called you earlier today (Monday, 7/24) about a Disklavier problem I was
having. I have since worked it out and you need not return my call.

It was nice meeting you at Albuquerque and taking your class on the Silent
Series Piano. Bill Brandom said that we should pretend to tune the piano in
the silent mode and get a tuning fee for it. I did that, but the customer
paid me with a check written with invisible ink... :-)
