Pre-hung hammers

Renner, USA does a wonderful job of pre-hanging hammers. I'd recommend
Renner Premium Blue hammers on Renner shanks. You pretty much just take the
old ones off and put the new ones on, voice, travel, and burn a bit, and
you're ready to roll.

Wally Brooks does a really good hanging job, as well.
