There are many sources to purchase these new or used, and some good ones have already been listed. However, if you are serious about this wonderful instrument, then as a technician I recommend that you build one yourself from a kit. There are several good kits available, but my experience has been with the Zukermanns. I built the large one a couple years ago, and the countless hours were well worth it. Good Luck.
