Yes, I have had tendenitis or bursitis problems in my left shoulder and left elvelbow. I have also had numbness and tingling especially in my rightr hand . this is something Inotice during my sleep and when I wake up. I have sometime awakened during my sleep gand noticed it then. This may be carpal tunnel syndrome problem, yes? Don't know what teno-synovitis is unless it is tennis elbow, and then as I said earlier, I have that problem in my left elbow.
