stuck nose bolts on a Chickering

Try Edmond Sceintific.  Thay have optical spanner wrenches that may work.
Alternatively grind a large enough screwdriver to engage the holes.  If the
nuts are frozen on check to see if you can get some Liquid Wrench into the
assembly to free up the threads.
