caster cups

Does anyone know what supplier is offering the heavy duty caster cups
such as those sold by Superior Imports some years ago?  They wholesaled
for 12.00 and were very substantial.  Most that I see in the catalogues
are cheaper and I can't tell if they are of good quality.
