Grand keys too short?

Unless you can find something else that is obviously in error, sounds like
you have a good idea for rectifying this situation.  Maybe you could move
the keyframe back towards the dags somewhat without affecting the voice of
the piano, but you probably already decided against that.  Whatever
correction you choose or is necessary, obviously the best route would be
the one that would cause the least amount of additional work.
