strip muting

        Amen to strip muting.  I the tune temperment and the octaves tuning
the middle strings and then go back to tune the outside strings.  If a
middle string has shifted, throwing out the octave on the final check, I
only have to correct that note, not the other octaves above or below.
Thanks to the tuning exam that connected me on to that method.
