Is it ok to join your newsgroop? If so, I'll just jump right in.
If not, disregard this tip!! Here is a way cool website that I
have found invaluable for finding customers addresses (I hate
asking customers for directions to their house!)     You know.....

TUNER-"Can you name a nearby street that I can use for reference?"
CUSTOMER- "Well, where are you comming from?".
TUNER-"At this time, I don't know. Any nearby streetname will be
	helpful"
CUSTOMER- "Oh, well if you're comming from Main street, just look
	for the water tower, then go 3 blocks and turn left after
	the big oak tree.  Not the locust tree which is even bigger,
	but the oak, then it's the 3rd driveway after the 4th red
	house, not counting the pink house with red shutters"

This site will make any map for you (in seconds) by just typing in a
street address..any address in America or Europe, that is! Now the
only thing I have to do is figure out how I can hook up my laptop
to my carphone.
