Newton already mentioned the plate, obviously the worst.
Other possibilities:
Pinblock (and possibly stretcher) lifted at one end
Soundboard popped loose from rim (sounds unlikely, but I've seen it)
Broken keys
Broken keyframe, especially around keyblocks
Broken dags
