Ron,

The best are made by "Starrett".  They have a small one that is
great for the car and general stringing.  The jaws can be
removed and sharpened and replaced eventually.  They are spring
loaded so they open back up after the cut!
Try em, you'll like them...I think Schaff carries them and
probably the other supply houses...
