Now the riddle is how did the ends of the springs get that way?  If they
were installed that way, why did it take 10, years for the problem to show
up?

BTW  I wonder what tech@yahama would say?   If I had a G-2 I'd ask. I
assume they peruse this list.  Steinway is scoring mega pr by posting from
