Mysterious blocking notes

I have seen backchecks catching hammers that were too fat.  If checking
is very high, and hammers are very fat it can happen.  The hammer bounces
down hard enough to get caught.  See if you can push a hammer down on the
backcheck.  I've only seen it once, but it can happen.
