piano service in music colleges

I am the piano technician at a music college servicing 150 pianos.
Presently I am employed only 20 hours a week. With this limited
amount of time it is impossible to service these pianos properly. I
am trying to find out the number of hours other colleges employ their
technicians with this work load-hopefully this information will lead
to a better piano service situation. Any and all help you can give
will be appreciated.
