      Keith: I hate to break this to you, but there are no SAINTS at
Steinway!! : ) When I spent a week at the factory in '86 Bill Garlick, by
then exasperated with the manufacturing process, pointed out that the
factory was spacing hammers to look even at rest! I don't think they were
particularly concerned with exactly WHERE they hit the strings, just as
long as they did. They are, for the most part, factory workers, not
technicians.
