Spring regulating tool

Dear Subscribers,

I am looking for a tool that would specifically was made to adjust the
springs mounted in the hammer butts in vertical pianos (like Kimball,
Yamaha, etc.).  Does anyone know of the existence of such a tool and where
it can be purchased?  Currently I am using the Hart tool and my fingers to
regulate this spring.
