iving good advice and is right on all counts. I had never had an
evaluation, note by note,unison by unison, of my tuning before getting ready
for the test.  My CTE made me do a tuning under test conditions before I took
my test.  That gave me a clear indication of my strong points and my weak
points.  The time in between, several weeks, was spent working on weak
points. As a result when I actually took the exam I was only the tiniest bit
nervous. I didn't score too well in the top treble but that was because I
misunderstood what was expected. Still passed and it was in no small way
because of My CTE.(thanks Robert)
