Softening Hardened Damper Felts

     I use my sandpaper stick to scrape the crust off the flat dampers and a
solder brush (cut short and bent to a 90 degree angle) to scrape the angular
damper felts.  Found out a long time ago that a good tuning doesn't sound
like a good tuning if you have crusty dampers.
