This is the most recent development in the rumor chain that I have heard.(things have a way of changing) By recent I mean the past 2 to three weeks. His last concert in St. Paul was played on a Steinway but in Minneapolis the time before the St. Paul concert he played Yamaha. It is also true that he hasn't been all that happy with some of the Steinways in the concert halls out there. Therefore back to the thought on the contract and the best available piano. He will play a Yamaha or a Steinway or anything else that feels and sounds right to him at the time. William C.
