St> acoustic pianos sales are slower than digital sales. The

 St> Jim DeRocher

I have noticed that at piano store where I tune, the owner and all the sales
people make a point of showing every customer who walks through the door the
Yamaha digital piano and all its features. They do this even if the customer
says they are only interested in an acoustic piano. Yamaha has sent several
secret shoppers in who presented the sales people with crisp $100 dollar
bills because they were shown the Clavinova even after saying they weren't
interested.
I wonder how we could convince some manufacture to do this with acoustic
pianos?
