You can call them, give the model and serial #, and they should be able to send you the right strings. However, before you throw away the old set, you should hold on to them until you have restrung the piano. There have been several instances where there was a mistake, and it would be easier if you could send them the original set, for an exact duplication, than to try to measure the pattern.
