a Baldwin damper noise

Hi, Susan,

Have a look to see if the damper head is hitting the plate brace.
The Guide bushing may be hard or missing.
The guide rail bushing is too loose causing the damper to vibrate when it stops.
The stop rail may be loose, felt missing or set so high that the lever can
hit the sustonuto rail.

I hope you find the problem and it is an easy fix.
