List - How often have you had customers gasp over the dust, however slight, when you get their piano apart for tuning? Yesterday I had begun work on a relatively clean Universal player and had my tools and a few cabinet screws safely (?) laid on the pin block when the customer came along and grabbed a dust cloth. The next thing I heard was the clink of a screw hitting bottom. Profuse apologies. But when I open an old upright with 1/4 inch of coal dust over everything inside, no one says a word.
