Tuning Trouble

Dave,

Assuming tuning pins are OK, bet you anything the beckets are not all
the way through the tuning pin holes. I've been there, had that happen
to me when I first came here. It took a while to figure out the problem,
but when I did, and corrected it, no more problem.
It got to the point where a few notes wouldn't even hold through a
recital! Very frustrating until I figured it out. These strings had been
replaced by someone else, also.

P.S. If I'm right, the next time I'm in New Orleans, you owe me. B:-)
