If you are doing this in a spread sheet you can put any numbers you wish
and then adjust so the tension is as close as you get get to something
in the order of about 150 to 160 pounds for each note.  Or you can
reenter the formulea to give you a requested tension.

If you are using a program by Parsons or Dierauf you can just input
sizes and watch the tension and change the size to get the tension you
wish.

With nothing more than the speaking lengths you can design an entire
scale.
