Neck Pain

The better solution is to keep your shoulders down and RELAX and make an
effort to be aware of your body, hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head.

If you pay as much attention to your body as you do to your tuning (very
difficult I admit) you will become aware of the discomfort before it
becomes a pain.

You are rapidly approaching a repetitive motion injury which includes
pain, tendinitis and Corpal Tunnel Syndrome, most likely in your hands
and elbow and shoulder. Your neck may be absorbing tension from
injuries you already have in this area, hence the pain.

Hie thyself to yon Alexander Technique teacher soonist.

Oh, God, MY shoulder hurts just from the memories.

If you cannot find an AT teacher, get to a Yoga teacher or get to a
massage theropist, one who knows Rolfing.

Ease your schedule and get help. Many years of abuse of your body is
the cause, and the cure will take quite a while as well.

Please take care of yourself, for you are the only on who can.
